I had rather an extensive conversation with Karel Zuiderveld following
a posting of his here. The upshot of the conversation was that his
new installation wasn't working because he'd upgraded his system but
not his ls-lR file.
I don't see the requirement that the ls-lR file be updated in the docs
(it's obvious, right?). So how's about making it jump out of the page
at you, Karl?
